The complete archive of the publications of the Tax Foundation are now available in an easy-to-use, fully searchable format in HeinOnline. The Tax Foundation, founded in 1937, collects data and publishes research studies on tax policies at both the federal and state levels.
Many of the titles that are now readily available and easily accessible in HeinOnline have long been out-of-print, and others are still being published today. For researchers interested in taxation, fiscal policy, and finance, the Foundation's archive will prove to be an extremely valuable research collection!
This collection, which is now included with a subscription to Taxation and Economic Reform in America Parts I & II, includes periodicals such as Tax Watch, Facts & Figures on Government Finance, and Library Bulletin; it also contains Annotated Bibliographies, Background Papers, Civic Guides, and more.
The Tax Foundation archive also includes nearly 500 volumes from the Institute for Research on the Economics of Taxation (IRET), now defunct, which was a non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(3) economic research institute located in Washington, DC. IRET was dedicated to the belief that constructive, free market economic policies are essential for the nation's economic progress, and that the private sector is the principal engine of economic growth. Some of these records are incomplete; if your library is in possession of any IRET publications and is willing to donate or lend them to us for digitization, please contact HeinOnline Support at (800) 277-6995 or email@example.com.
