State Religious Freedom Restoration Acts: A Compilation of Enacted  and Proposed Legislation

The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 is a United States Federal law that was proposed to protect the free excercise of religion. Since its proposal, twenty states have enacted their own Religious Freedom Restoration Acts. This is a collection of both the federal law and state laws that have been put in place.
