HeinOnline was already your source for American Law Institute publications, but we are pleased to announce that the American Law Institute Library now contains current content, including pocket parts! The six-month embargo has been lifted, so users can now view both historical and the most recent material in HeinOnline's image-based, fully searchable format.

The American Law Institute is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and otherwise improve the law. The American Law Institute Library in HeinOnline provides convenient access to titles like ALI Annual Reports, Proceedings of ALI Annual Meetings, Uniform Commercial Code, Restatements and Principles of the Law, and Model Penal Code.

The browse options in this collection have been reorganized to align with the American Law Institute's categorizations. For instance, Restatements and Principles of the Law is now a single browse option and a Current Projects option has been added:

Case law linking is found throughout the American Law Institute Library. Like other inline hyperlinks in HeinOnline, case law citations are highlighted in blue and link to the full text of the case. Case law linking is found in the Restatements of the Law, Principles of the Law, Practical Litigator, and more. Simply click any blue highlighted case citation to access both historical and recent cases powered by Fastcase:
