What’s New In HeinOnline?

Enhancements, Law Journal Library, Training, U.S. Federal Agency Library, What's New

We are pleased to be in the home stretch of winter, and to announce this month's HeinOnline updates!

New This Month

We're especially excited about an update to our agreement with American Law Institute-Continuing Legal Education. There will no longer be an embargo on the following titles:

Access these titles by entering the American Law Institute Library and selecting ALI-CLE Publications from the browse options:

We have also added links to available Quick Reference Guides from the breadcrumb trail for any collection having its own guide. For example, check out our updated Law Journal Library Quick Reference Guide:

The U.S. Federal Agency Documents, Decisions, and Appeals collection already provides a convenient list of publications by agency, but a thoughtful customer pointed out that it would be helpful to be able to search within one or more specific agencies. We have added this option to the Advanced Search tool for the collection:

We have also reached an important milestone: HeinOnline now contains more than 100,000 titles and more than 237,000 volumes.

Coming Soon

HeinOnline has licensed 26 journals from Sage Publications, some of which are new to HeinOnline and some previously available in HeinOnline through other publishers. These will be added to the Law Journal Library with a five-year embargo, but we will be able to offer our customers the option of purchasing the current content of these titles.

Also, we are aware of the demand for an Android app, and we are in the end stages of the development of this tool. The iOS version of the app will also be updated at the same time.

Stay tuned for more details on the new Sage journals and the Android app!
