We have been diligently working to develop our new HeinOnline Knowledge Base and are excited to announce that it is now available!

Click the Help drop-down menu located in the top right corner of any page in HeinOnline to select the new Knowledge Base, which is also available at help.heinonline.org:

The Knowledge Base is now full-text searchable, and each article is categorized for easy browsing. Six popular categories appear on the Knowledge Base homepage, and others are accessible by clicking them from within search results:

As you enter your search terms, results will auto-fill as you type. You may then select any suggested article about your topic:

Once you enter the article, all applied categories are listed above it. You may click any of the applied categories to view more information on each:

Don’t forget to check out the section of new HeinOnline training videos provided by Quimbee! These videos will explain the basics of HeinOnline content, searching and navigation. They also offer an in-depth look at various tools available in the database. The U.S. Congressional Documents database is featured in detail.

Other recent updates

You’ve probably noticed the HeinOnline Blog format has also been updated. Select READ MORE on any blog post to view the entire post.  Easily share any post to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or via email:

The publicly accessible HeinOnline homepage has additionally been redesigned with a streamlined and simple appearance which is easy to navigate. The menu bar will remain stationary and available on all pages of home.heinonline.org:

Check out the new databases page, where individual databases are now listed by category or type of content included. Click any database to view more information including descriptions, title lists, PDF brochures, and more:

The HeinOnline Tools page includes descriptions and links to more information on ScholarCheck, Author Profile Pages, MyHein, Account Branding, HeinOnline App, and Widgets.

The HeinOnline Services page includes descriptions and links to more information on Cataloging, HeinOnline Training, Digital Ownership, Digital Services, Brand and Logo Usage, and Newsletters.
