New Journals Added to HeinOnline: April 2022

With the April content release, we added 13 new journals, seven of which are from a newly signed agreement with Springer. These new journals cover subjects including artificial intelligence, human rights law, gender and the law, and more! Keep reading to learn all about these publications.


1. Actualities of Civil Procedural Law. National and Comparative Legal Theoretical and Practical Achievements

Actualities of Civil Procedural Law, National and Comparative Legal Theoretical and Practical Achievements are a collection of peer-reviewed articles that specialize in civil procedure law. The International Scientific Conference on Civil Procedure Law: Actualities of Civil Procedural Law is hosted by the Faculty of Law and brings together eminent legal experts, scientists and practitioners from Croatia, but also scientists from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Macedonia, Serbia, the Netherlands and Spain. Topics covered at the conference belong to the field of civil proceedings: litigation, enforcement, bankruptcy, non-contentious procedure, out-of-court dispute resolution, and more.

The Journal of Family Violence (JOFV) is a peer-reviewed publication committed to the dissemination of rigorous research on preventing, ending, and ameliorating all forms of family violence.

JOFV welcomes scholarly articles related to the broad categories of child abuse and maltreatment, dating violence, domestic and partner violence, and elder abuse. It publishes studies using quantitative, qualitative, and/or mixed methods involving the collection of primary data.
