With the March content release, we added 11 new journals, 10 of which are active serials that cover subjects such as Intellectual Property Law, Human Rights Law, International Law, and more. Keep reading to learn about these new additions.

The Corporate Mediation Journal (CMJ) is a journal about mediation within and between organizations, serving as a voice of mediation as a management tool. CMJ offers important insights for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, HR Officers, Legal Counsels, and all others working in leadership positions within organizations. 2. Digital Law Journal

The purpose of the Digital Law Journal is to provide a theoretical understanding of the issues that arise in law and economics in the digital environment, as well as to create a platform for finding the most suitable version of their legal regulation.


3. East European Yearbook on Human Rights

The East European Yearbook on Human Rights is a new peer-reviewed legal journal, focusing on the human rights discourse in Eastern Europe, and positioning this in the broader context of worldwide problems and developments in the area of human rights. Eastern European states have all undergone a transition from state socialism to liberal democracy. While the problems of transition vary from country to country, there are also joint concerns. The journal provides a platform to share both common and disparate experiences in relation to human rights, offering a valuable source of insight for scholars conducting research into other transitional situations. Though some aspects of the Eastern European transition are unique to the region, other aspects of transitions are universal.


4. European Convention on Human Rights Law Review

The first scholarly journal devoted exclusively to the legal regime of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), the Review offers peer-reviewed, legal scholarship on the protection of fundamental human rights within the ECHR framework and on its implications for other regional human rights regimes. It is a forum for, inter alia, comparative law, human rights law, international law, and philosophy of law analysis of the practice and procedures of the ECHR regime. While favoring legal (doctrinal, theoretical, and philosophical) analysis, the Review also publishes multi-disciplinary works at the crossroads of law, history, political science, and economics. It is open to all methods and schools of thought, including comparative, doctrinal, quantitative, and economic analysis of (case) law. It offers scholarship and information of interest to scholars and practitioners, both in the member states and other regions, as well as to all those working in the field of human rights law.

7. Italian Review of International and Comparative Law

The Italian Review of International and Comparative Law offers an authoritative forum for debate on all subjects related to public and private international law, comparative law, and European law. International law and comparative law are increasingly intertwined, but are rarely studied together. The Review not only fills this gap, but also encourages the use of comparative law methodology in the investigation of international law. The Review welcomes contributions from legal scholars worldwide, but encourages submissions from scholars working and/or educated in Italy in particular. It actively seeks to increase the global impact of Italian doctrinal approaches to international and comparative law, which chime with the approach envisaged, and so enable the vibrant debate ongoing in Italian scholarship to reach an international audience and be enriched by it. In addition to scholarly articles and book reviews, the Review publishes case notes and recent developments, aimed at practitioners. These offer insight into Italian case law by means of translated (Italian to English) decisions and commentaries, as well as updates on relevant Italian diplomatic and parliamentary practice, soft law, and other instruments adopted at the national level which resonate internationally.
