The Constitution of 1959 was further amended by the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam (Amendment) Order, 2024. We now include the text of the amending law from the Government Gazette.

We have added the French text of Law No. 033-2024/ALT of 29 October 2024 from the National Assembly. The law has been added to Related Texts under the 2022 Charter of Transition.

The Constitution of 1992 was further amended by the Amendment of 26 March 2025. We now include the amending law in Estonian from the Official Gazette. Since part of amendment will go into force at a later time, we include two versions of the consolidated text. We have added the consolidated text, as amended to 2025, in English and Estonian from the Publications of the Official Gazette. This text will enter into force on July 9, 2025.

The Constitution of 1917 was further amended by the Decrees of 1 April 2025, regarding the strengthening of national sovereignty; non-reelection and electoral nepotism; and support for young people. The Constitution of 1917 was also amended by the Decree of 15 April 2025, concerning administrative simplification and digitalization. We have added the text of the amending laws in Spanish from the Official Gazette.

We now include the consolidated text, as amended to 2025 [Diario Oficial of 1 April 2025], in Spanish from the Chamber of Deputies and Electoral Tribunal.
