As we introduce CourtListener in HeinOnline, we also want to note that our integration with Fastcase, our previous case law provider, is coming to a close. If you subscribed to the Fastcase Premium database in HeinOnline, your institution has already received a notification about this transition. Your access to CourtListener has been activated, and your Fastcase access in HeinOnline will remain available through the end of your current billing period. No action is required on your part if you wish to continue receiving case law through HeinOnline.
