The Constitution of 1988 was further amended by Constitutional Amendment No. 137 of 2025, which amends Art. 155 of the Federal Constitution to grant immunity from the Tax on Motor Vehicle Ownership (IPVA) to the vehicles it specifies. We have added the amending law in Portuguese from the Chamber of Deputies, Presidency, and the Official Gazette. We have also included the consolidated text, as amended to Constitutional Amendment No. 137, in Portuguese from the Presidency and Chamber of Deputies.

The Constitution of 2023 was further amended by Constitutional Law No. 001/PC/2025 of 3 October 2025. We include the text of the amending law in Arabic and French from the Law and Politics in Africa site. We have also added the consolidated text, as amended to 2025, in French from the Presidency.

The Constitution of 1980 was further amended by Law No. 21.773 of 7 October 2025. We have added the text of the amending law in Spanish from the Library of the National Congress and Official Gazette. We also now include the consolidated text, as amended to 2025 [Law No. 21.773], in Spanish from the Library of the National Congress. We have added our own English translation of the consolidated text, updated to 2025.

We have added the original text of the Constitution of 2018 in French from the Supreme Court.

The Constitution of 2019 was amended by the Law of Constitutional Reform of 2025, which removes the 60-year-old age limit for presidential candidates. We now include the text of the amending law in Spanish from the Official Gazette. We have added our English translation of the consolidated text of the Constitution of 2019, as amended to 2025. Additionally, we have added the consolidated text of the Constitution of 2019, as amended to 2025, in Spanish from the Official Gazette.

The Constitution of 1960 was further amended by the Twenty-Second Amendment of the Constitution Law, 2025. We have added the text of the amending law in Greek from the Official Gazette. We also now include the consolidated text, as amended to Law 186(I) of 2025, in Greek from the Cyprus Bar Association. Additionally, we have added the following English texts from the Office of the Law Commissioner:

The Constitution of 1992 was further amended by Constitutional Law No. 192/AN/25/9th, 2025. We have added the text of the amending law in French from the Official Gazette.

We have added “Relevant Provisions of the Fifteenth Amendment to the Fundamental Law and Explanatory Report” in English from the Venice Commission. This document details the Fifteenth Amendment to the
Constitution of 2011.

The Constitution of 1993 was further amended by the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution Act, 2025. We now include the text of the amending law from the Government Gazette.

We now include the revised text of the Charter of Transition of 2025, granting a renewable five-year term to the transitional government, in French from the Presidency.

The Constitution of 1964 was further amended by Act No. XXXIX of 2025. We now include the amending law in Maltese and English from the Gazette of the Government of Malta / Parliament.

We have added the consolidated text of the Constitution of 1991, as amended to 2017, in Arabic from the National Assembly.

The Constitution of 1917 was further amended by the Decrees of 9 October and 15 October 2025 regarding extortion and the ratification of higher ranks of the National Guard. We have added the texts of the amending laws in Spanish from the Official Gazette. We also now include the consolidated text, updated to 9 October 2025, from the Chamber of Deputies and Electoral Tribunal, and the consolidated text, updated to 15 October 2025, from the Chamber of Deputies and Electoral Tribunal.

The Constitution of 1973 was further amended by the Constitution (Twenty-seventh) Amendment Act of 2025. We now include the text of the amending law from the Official Gazette.

The Constitution of 1992 was further amended by Constitutional Law No. 255/2025 of 26 September 2025. We include the Slovak text of the amending law and consolidated text, as amended to 2025, from the Ministry of Justice/Collection of Laws. We have also added the consolidated text, as amended through June 2023, in English
from the Venice Commission.

We now include the following texts from the Parliament: the original Somali text of the Provisional Constitution of 7 September 2012, with 2024 amendments, and the English translation of the consolidated text of the Constitution of 1960, as amended to 1963.
