Or do you wish to narrow your search across a specific subset of documents? HeinOnline’s American Law Institute collection contains several Preliminary Drafts, Council Drafts, Tentative Drafts, and Proposed Final Drafts as part of its Restatements of the Law section. You may find it helpful to narrow your search to look across just tentative drafts or just proposed final drafts within a specific Restatement.
