You spoke, we listened. Thanks to feedback from a customer survey, we have enhanced our Session Laws Library by indexing all 50 states to the chapter or act level from 2000 to date. A few months back, we announced an amended tactic: states would be indexed back to inception one-by-one beginning with the most accessed states.

We offer multiple methods of feedback submission, including email, phone, live chat, a feedback form, and social media. Recently, we were able to implement two new features in our print/download tool, thanks to users’ suggestions.

Collection Development Survey – Tell Us What You Would Like to See Added to HeinOnline

Two years ago we distributed a collection development survey to find out what content you wanted to see added to HeinOnline and how you would prioritize them in terms of importance. We are pleased to announce that the six collections we asked you to prioritize two years ago have since been added to HeinOnline and are fully available, including the U.S. Code, Bar Journals and the entire back file of the CFR.
