It has been brought to our attention that publishers are sending renewal invoices/notices directly to our customers instead of to Hein. While some of the notices can be legitimate invoices, others may be solicitations. We ask that if you receive any invoices/renewal notices from publishers, please send them along to our Customer Service team for handling. These notices can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to us.
