Additional Information: Journal of Criminology and Criminal Law is an open access peer-reviewed scientific journal aimed to promote theoretical and practical experiences of criminology, criminal law, penology, and related scientific disciplines that study the etiology, phenomenology, prevention, and suppression of crime. From its founding (in 1962) the Journal is one of the most respectful scientific journals in this field in the Region. Contributions cover either theoretical or empirical investigations of relevant topics, targeting both- an academic community and criminal law practitioners. Considering its publishing policy which includes issues both- in Serbian (ex-Yugoslav languages) - two times per year and English - once a year, the Journal reaches a wide audience. Co-publishers of the Journal are: Institute of Criminological and Sociological Research and Serbian Association for Criminal Law Theory and Practice. All papers are peer-reviewed and peer reviews are anonymous.
