Additional Information: The BYU Education and Law Journal (ELJ) is one of three education law journals in the United States and is the only student-run journal solely committed to the field of education law. The J. Reuben Clark Law School and the BYU Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations jointly sponsor this journal which is currently published bi-annually and addresses educational and legal issues affecting elementary, secondary, and higher education.

The ELJ features work by many of the top legal scholars, practitioners, administrators, educators, and students from across the country. The ELJ is crafted to be intellectually stimulating as well as highly practical, appealing to principals, practitioners, theorists, and teachers alike.
