Additional Information: Founded in 1950, the Catholic University Law Review is the Columbus School of Law's oldest legal journal and is now in its sixtieth year of publication. The Law Review is a scholarly journal that examines problems of current legal concern. Forthcoming issues will feature the latest in legal analysis on such topics as the proper standard of proof for will contests based on incapacity, recent developments in the Sixth Circuit's labor-arbitration jurisprudence, Passenger Name Record agreements between the United States and the European Union, and the social-psychological effects of language employed in demand letters. The Law Review publishes articles submitted by legal scholars and practitioners on a quarterly basis. The Law Review also publishes notable student work. The Law Review is respected in the legal community and its articles are often cited in casebooks, treatises, and other legal journals.
