Additional Information: The Journal is committed to providing a scholarly forum for the interdisciplinary exploration of the full range of issues in health law and policy. We are dedicated to publishing the nation's preeminent peer-reviewed journal devoted exclusively to health law and policy issues.
The Journal will publish two issues of professional and student-authored pieces each year. The spring issue will focus on an emerging and important issue in health care law and policy. Articles for this issue will build upon the topic addressed in the Health Law and Policy Institute's Annual Health Law Lecture Series. The Journal's fall issue each year will include professional articles on a variety of topics, along with student articles, both selected for publication though a vigorous peer review process.
The Journal is one of few legal journals that is a peer-reviewed publication. All articles are reviewed and recommended for publication by experts in the field during an anonymous peer review process. This rigorous review ensures that the Journal achieves our goal of superior quality. In addition, prospective authors will find that the student editors of the Journal are professional, knowledgeable, and sensitive to the need for timely publication. Many of the student editors are also health care professionals, holding degrees of M.P.H. and R.N.
