Additional Information: The Irish Jurist is Ireland's oldest academic law journal. Since the inauguration of the new series in 1966, the journal has been edited by members of the UCD School of Law. The Jurist publishes material in all fields of law and welcomes submissions from Ireland and abroad, though editorial policy is to strike a balance between material of local and general interest.

The Jurist publishes peer reviewed articles within the broad categories of modern and historical jurisprudence; as well as shorter comments, case notes and book reviews.
