Additional Information: The Journal of Law and Mobility is a resource for scholarship, analysis, and information concerning law and emerging transportation and mobility technologies, with a focus on connected and automated vehicles. The Journal accepts submissions of short scholarly works (2,000-6,000 words, footnotes inclusive). All articles accepted for publication undergo peer review by our editorial board, which includes legal and technical experts from academia and industry. Further editing is provided by staff and student research assistants. The intended audience lawyers in industry and academia who work on or study transportation and emerging technology law.
