Additional Information: The North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology ("NC JOLT") is a student run journal at the University of North Carolina School of Law that focuses on the many intersections between law and technology. We define technology very broadly, covering issues in intellectual property, science, cyberspace, environmental law, criminal law, etc.

NC JOLT publishes two print issues each year, at the conclusion of the fall and spring academic semesters. The print issues feature full-length professional articles submitted to the journal, as well as student-written comments and recent developments prepared by our staff. All published pieces undergo a thorough editorial review by our staff.
