Additional Information: The Journal publishes peer-reviewed content in all areas of business and company law, including business contracts law, antitrust and competition law, intellectual and industrial property law, insolvency and restructuring law, banking and international trade law. The Journal's mission is to contribute to the development of scientific and cultural debate, also in an international environment, in the aforementioned fields. The Journal is classified as A-level Journal according to ANVUR (Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes). It publishes articles by Italian and international authors that are scientifically sound and relevant to an Italian and international academic or professional audience. The Journal's editorial board members are full professors of Italian or foreign countries universities (European and non-European) and are recognized experts in the fields covered by the Journal.
