Additional Information: The Pakistan Law Review is a journal which focuses on research and writing for legal issues relevant to Pakistan. The journal aims to deal with the dearth of legal research in Pakistan by not only inducing research for law but also by improving upon its quality. It also intends to serve as a reliable research bank which encourages legal dialogue on pertinent issues and stresses upon the need for reform in areas which require so, for the Pakistani legal system. The intended audience for this journal includes legal professionals, academics, students and anyone who wishes to inform themselves on legal issues. The journal is peer-edited, and the process of editing ensures that the feedback of our competent review board is incorporated into the edits suggested to the author.
