Additional Information: The Cientific Magazine Disruptiva is linked to the Graduate Program in Law of the CERS College and has its etiology on the observation of what it is evident in the social fabric and the counterpoint with the current regulation. Based on such premises, the magazine is born with the purpose of contributing to the establishment of new hermeneutical guidelines to break up principals that are in disagreement with reality, offering space for those who live and think about the future. It is a journal that aims to publish scientific articles in law, with emphasis on New Technologies in Legal Education and Society in Transformation.
