Additional Information: The Revista Iberoamericana de la Propiedad Intelectual is a semi-annual publication created by the Austral University (Argentina), the University of La Sabana (Colombia) and the Pan-American University (Mexico) with the purpose of communicating original and unpublished scientific research in current legal aspects of intellectual property, in the broad sense of its meaning. Its objective is to enable spreading, update and discussion of this topic, to make significant contributions and to offer applicable and useful analysis and interpretation criteria for this branch of law. It is addressed to professionals, judges and officials from the public sector as well as to researchers, students and any other person with an interest in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law. The Revista Iberoamericana de la Propiedad Intelectual is published in an electronic format.
