Additional Information: The Journal of Constitutional Research, founded in 2014, is a four-monthly electronic scientific publication, with open access, promoted by NINC - Nucleo de Investigaçoes Constitucionais (Constitutional Research Group) of the UFPR (Federal University of Parana) Master of Laws and Doctorate in Law Programs (www.ninc.com.br). Its Editorial Board is composed of renowned scholars affiliated to universities in Brazil, Germany, Austria, Argentina, Australia, Chile, United States of America, Spain, Italy, Ireland and Venezuela.

The journal's editorial line follows the main research areas developed by the research group (NINC), with focus on the critic study of Constitutional Law and the legal and political institutions, under the approach of democracy, state intervention, fundamental rights and justice theories, with a particular emphasis on issues inserted into the contact points with Public Law's branches intimately connected with Constitutional Law, such as Administrative Law, Electoral Law and Theory of the State.
