Additional Information: Ruch Prawniczy, Ekonomiczny i Socjologiczny (RPEiS) [Poznan Journal of Law, Economics and Sociology] is one of the oldest and most prestigious academic journals in Poland. The journal was established in 1921 by the academics of the newly founded University of Poznan (nowadays two major Poznan universities: Adam Mickiewicz University and Poznan University of Economics and Business). RPEiS is a peer-reviewed and peer-edited journal. Articles are published in both Polish and English. The primary goal of RPEiS is to assist scholars in disseminating the results of their research within the international scientific community. It aims to address global research problems from a regional (or national) perspective as well as to bring particular regional (or national) issues into the international academic discussion. The journal prefers articles with strong theoretical and methodological foundations in the legal sciences, economic sciences, and sociology, indicating the practical significance of their considerations or conclusions. Combining three scientific disciplines, RPEiS also values articles with an interdisciplinary approach. The intended audience is academics and professionals (judges, lawyers, public institutions, experts, etc.). RPEiS is published by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznan, Poland)
