The Year Book publishes articles on all aspects of international law, including private international law and public international law. The Year Book publishes both full-length articles as well as shorter notes.
Singapore practice and developments are reviewed annually in a Regular Features section. This includes a digest of private international law cases and a review of recent treaty developments and major policy statements related to Singapore. There is also a dedicated ASEAN Features section devoted to international law scholarship relating to Southeast Asia.
