Additional Information: The Slovenian Law Review is the first Slovenian legal review which publishes articles in foreign languages. Its importance cannot be overestimated. In the time of global interconnection, the Slovenian Law Review aims to provide a direct channel of communication with wider audiences. At the same time, it offers the achievements of Slovenian legal community to the critical appraisal of the fellow lawyers and members of academia who do not have the benefit of speaking Slovene. The Ljubljana Law Faculty hopes that the Slovenian Law Review will enrich Slovenian as well as wider European and world legal community.
