Additional Information: Stetson Business Law Review's mission is to publish scholarly works on topics arising in any field related to business law. The publication contains articles written by academics and others associated with the field of business law, including notes and comments written by law students, to further the study of business law. The Review is intended to reach all legal professionals, as well as those interested in topics that impact business and business law. The intended audience of the Review's upcoming tax law publication includes attorneys, other legal professionals, and law students interested in gathering a basic understanding of tax law or those who already have a fundamental understanding of tax law and want to learn more. The journal is student-edited and is comprised of a student-led Editorial Board and student Associates.
