Additional Information: Founded in 1971, Tel-Aviv University Law Review (Iyunei Mishpat) is the preeminent Hebrew legal publication at the TAU Faculty of Law and one of the leading law journals in the country. The journal is a platform of legal scholarship and discourse aimed at a diverse readership within Israel and abroad. TAU Law Review publishes three annual issues, which consist of articles, notes and book reviews, written by professors, judges, practitioners and students from different fields and disciplines. Iyunei Mishpat is edited by outstanding students studying at the Faculty, accompanied by a faculty member who serves as the Editor in Chief. All articles are subjected to peer-review followed by a rigorous editorial process designed to sharpen and strengthen substance, clarity and tone. On occasion, the journal devotes a special volume to a unique topic, drawing attention to new research paradigms. Recent examples are first of their kind volumes devoted to Law of Democracy and to Empirical Legal Studies. The journal aspires to publish cutting-edge articles that contribute to the legal academia, and is committed to ensuring useful legal discourse that adheres to the highest academic standards.
