Additional Information: The Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal (ALJ) is a student organized, student led publication that prides itself on producing a scholarly and professional publication focused on Texas Administrative Law. The ALJ is the only journal in Texas, and one of two journals nationally, that focuses on administrative law.
In partnership with the State Bar of Texas, the ALJ publishes these papers in two volumes which are distributed to thousands of practitioners, judges, and justices in Texas, and fifteen other states.
