Additional Information: TWAIL Review (TWAILR). The Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL for the acronym in English) constitute a movement that includes scholars and professionals of international law and politics that deal with issues related to the "Global South" in its broad conception. Interventions made from a TWAIL perspective share common themes such as unraveling and deconstructing the colonial legacies of international law and engaging in efforts to support the decolonization of the realities experienced by the peoples of the Global South, in addition to the radical rupture or transformation of the international order that governs their lives.
