Additional Information: Transformation of Private Law ("TPL", Polish: "Transformacje Prawa Prywatnego") is a legal quarterly journal published regularly at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and edited by Prof. Dr. Fryderyk Zoll. The journal is addressed to researchers and practitioners specializing in modern civil law. Its goals include, but are not limited to, analysis of contemporary private law transformations, study of the impact of new technologies and social change on private law, and exposition of the doctrine of Central and Eastern European private law and presentation of its original character in international public discourse. The journal is peer-edited. All reviewers hold at least a PhD in law. The double bind review rule is applied, meaning that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.
