Additional Information: The Criminal Law Review was established in 2010 by a group of students personally committed to expanding the reach and development of criminal law scholarship. We are now one of only a handful of reviews in the nation focused exclusively on criminal law. Each member of our editorial staff is selected based not only on ability and scholarship, but on a demonstrated commitment to criminal law.

Part of the Criminal Law Review's mission is to publish timely works and make them immediately accessible to researchers around the world. That is why every article we accept for publication is published within six months to a year, and every issue is published simultaneously in print and online. The online version remains available to the public, free of charge, in perpetuity.
