These issues are presented from a legal and/or economic perspective. Its articles concern either theoretical developments (e.g. economic theories, legislation) or practical implications of presented problems (e.g. jurisprudence) and refer to the current state of doctrine and scientific literature. YARS also presents the activities of the Centre of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies of the University of Warsaw as well as the activities of similar academic/research institutions from Central and Eastern Europe. YARS is addressed to scholars and practitioners form both public and private sector interested in antitrust and sector-specific regulation. Since its establishment YARS has become the principal platform of discussion of scholars from Central and Eastern Europe interested in competition law and pro-competitive regulation. YARS is a double blind peer-reviewed academic journal.
