Additional Information for Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law
The Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law (formerly Industrial Relations Law Journal) presents current developments in the labor and employment law field to scholars, practitioners, and students. The Journal addresses the full range of legal issues in the field, including employment discrimination, "traditional" labor law, public sector employment, international and comparative labor law, employee benefits, and the emerging doctrines of wrongful termination.

These topics are presented in a variety of formats, from traditional scholarly articles and student-authored comments, to book reviews and topical essays. In addition, the Journal sponsors symposia and speakers events on the Berkeley campus and elsewhere.
