Additional Information for Indiana International & Comparative Law Review
The Indiana International & Comparative Law Review is published semi-annually by the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. The II&CLR is devoted to the study and analysis of current international legal issues and problems. The II&CLR has been published continuously since 1991 and is edited by second and third-year law students chosen by their academic standing and performance in a writing competition.
The II&CLR publishes two issues each year. These issues contain two to four Articles and three to five student Notes. The lead Articles are selected by the Board from a pool of works written by professors, judges, and practitioners located throughout the world. The student Notes are written by the newly selected II&CLR members and are selected by the Board based upon several factors such as the significance of the subject, depth of analysis, scholarly approach, innovation, style, supporting authority and soundness of conclusion.
