The Journal of Law and Border Studies is an interdisciplinary journal focusing on issues of law and policy that have particular relevance to the U.S.-Mexico border region. The editors welcome original contributions covering a wide-range of topics, including trade laws, practices and treaties; health and safety regulations and policies; crime and public safety on both sides of the border; legal protection of the natural environment in the border region; immigration, migration, and refugee movements across the border; and regional public administration and policy making.
