Additional Information for South African Journal on Human Rights
South African Journal on Human Rights is dedicated to the advancement of scholarship on human rights and justice-related law in South Africa and throughout the African region. South Africa is the primary focus of the Journal and submissions dealing with international human rights/law or with human rights and constitutional law in other African countries must sufficiently demonstrate direct relevance to South Africa.

The Journal welcomes contributions of relevance to South Africa that deal with human rights, legal philosophy, constitutional and administrative law, freedom of information, law and development and public international law. Submissions taking an interdisciplinary and/or empirical approach to these subjects are particularly encouraged.
