Several members of the HeinOnline team contribute to the HeinOnline Blog to make database research not only easy, but enticing. The authors have decades of combined experience working with HeinOnline, so they are well-versed in the nuances of each database. Their expertise helps both new and experienced users find the best ways to navigate HeinOnline and locate the most relevant hidden gems.
Lauren has been an employee of the William S. Hein & Co., Inc. for more than 20 years. During her long tenure, she has worked in various departments and developed considerable skills. Most recently, she acts as a lead member of the marketing staff and oversees the HeinOnline support team. Lauren’s blog posts focus on tips, tricks, and how to make the most out of HeinOnline tools. She also enjoys writing on topics that are close to her heart, such as social issues, pop culture, and sports.

Lauren joined the Marketing Team at HeinOnline in September 2021. She has an extensive background in writing and editing, and during her time at Hein she has composed blog posts, newsletters, marketing emails, press releases, and much more. In addition, she runs the company’s Instagram and assists the support team. In her role, Lauren is dedicated to showcasing the extensive ways that HeinOnline can be used to share trustworthy, unbiased information on a variety of fascinating subjects.

Stephanie has been an employee of William S. Hein & Co., Inc. for more than 10 years. She began her career preparing books and other content for digitization and is currently the senior member of the Publications Department. Stephanie’s blog posts dig up some of the more unique titles within HeinOnline, focusing on true crime, pop culture, and historical events.

Martin is a member of the Publications Department. Before coming to Hein, he spent more than 10 years working in academia, where he taught a variety of college writing courses including introductory rhetoric and composition, science writing, technical writing, medical writing, and business communication. He has a PhD in English from the University at Buffalo.
Martin Goffeney
Publications Administrator
Anna joined the Hein Publications team in March of 2020. She currently works on various projects including print publications, continuation titles, and World and State Constitutions. Before coming to Hein, she spent more than five years working in community journalism as a reporter and editor. She earned her B.A. in Media and Communications from SUNY Old Westbury and M.S. in Publishing from Pace University.

Katie has been with Hein since 2011 and is involved with different areas of the company, supervising the HeinOnline Production team, contributing to Support, and most recently, trying her hand at the blog. She has a wide range of interests from weird history to animal rights.
