OXFORD JOURNAL OF LEGAL STUDIES

The Journal is designed to encourage interest in all matters relating to law, with an emphasis on matters of theory and on broad issues arising from the relationship of law to other disciplines. No topic of legal interest is excluded from consideration. Each issue contains about four full length articles, shorter articles, and comments, often on recent developments, particularly in the Commonwealth, review articles and expansive book reviews, and occasionally correspondence. The Journal is open to the work of all scholars wherever they may be.
