WIDENER LAW REVIEW

The Widener Law Symposium Journal is the second law review established at the Delaware campus of the Widener UniversitySchool of Law. The aim of the Journal is to present diverse insights into areas of social importance that posses emergent legal significance. As the name suggests, the Symposium Journal contains articles written not only by legal scholars, but by distinguished scholars in general who in the their respective fields, make a presentation at a yearly symposium sponsored by the law school. Commentators then respond to some of these articles, thereby providing differing points to view. Student notes, comments, and essays round out the publications, adding further perspective to the issues at hand. Title varies: v. 1-9 as Widener Law Symposium Journal;
