Apetition was filed in the Fayette Circuit Court, Lexington,Ky., May, 1853, by Edward Oldham and Thomas Hemingway,surviving partners of Oldham, Todd & Company, claiming thatAbraham Lincoln collected certain money, as their attorney,which was not paid over.
