Numbers 1-199 (1907-1924) were published by the Association for International Conciliation. Numbers 200-587 (1924-1972) were published by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. This series was superseded by Foreign Policy (Hein Item No. 6603).

Volume 11 includes one (diazo 24X) microfiche containing a chart. It is printed on acid-free paper as part of the Hein Preservation Program.
