Academic institutions have become increasingly reliant ondonations from their alumni to operate and provide the broadrange of educational experiences. Alumni are woven eventighter into the fabric of a law school. Besides theirfinancial contributions, alumni give of their time by teach-ing, coaching moot teams, mentoring, serving on committeesand providing employment opportunities. Alumni engagement isa high priority of any law school. This survey provides anoverview of the services and programs that law librariescurrently offer alumni. The results demonstrate that, whilemost law libraries continue to offer fairly basic servicesto their alumni, a few libraries have introduced innovativeservices to this important patron group. These new servicesand fairly high number of responses to this survey suggestthat alumni services is a fervent potential growth area.
