The only major United States trial thatwas devoted entirely to the Holocaust was the Ohlendorf orEinsatzgruppen case. Other cases, tried at Nuernberg, thatdealt with important aspects of the Holocaust were theInternational Military Tribunal and the Brandt and Pohlcases. In the Brandt or "medical case" a number of medicaldoctors and other SS officers were tried for conductingvarious experiments on concentration camp inmates, and forkilling of Jews to obtain skeletons for a collection at theUniv. of Strassburg.
