Note for 2014/2015: The Department of State did not publish a full edition of Treaties in Force for 2014 or 2015 due to continuing efforts to update information technology and treaty records used by the Office of Treaty Affairs. In place of full 2014 and 2015 editions, the Department published an electronic supplement listing treaties and agreements that have entered into force for the United States since January 1, 2013, along with a small number of agreements that entered into force prior to January 1, 2013 but which were inadvertently omitted from the 2013 edition. The information contained in the Foreword of the 2013 edition regarding the arrangement and scope of the material contained there also applies to the material contained in this supplement. We regret any inconvenience users of Treaties in Force may experience from the absence of full 2014 and 2015 editions.
