Fundamina is published twice a year as the mouthpiece of the Southern African Society of Legal Historians.Articles presented for publication are peer-reviewed by members of the Editorial Board. Fundamina strives to cover topics with current relevance, such as the origin of adoption in South Africa and a legal historical perspective on affirmative action in this country.
