Title varies- v. 1-31 (1910-1941) as Journal of the American Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology; v. 42-63 (1951-1972) as Journal of Criminal Law, Criminology and Police Science; JCLC was founded in 1909 by Dean John Henry Wigmore and has become the preeminent journal in its field. JCLC contains articles on such topics as white-collar crime, constitutional questions, international law, evidence, jurisdiction, and securities regulation.
