Law Reports Digest contains details of all of the casesincluded in The Law Reports and the Weekly Law Reports.The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England andand Wales (ICLR) was set up as a charitable organization in1865 to counteract the problems caused by inaccuratereporting, multiplicity of sources, delays in publication,and exorbitant expense for the reports that were available.All the ICLR's reporters have been either barristers orsolicitors that were present in court for both the hearingand judgment of cases that were reported. The Law ReportsDigest covers the House of Lords and Privy Council, theCourt of Appeal, Chancery Division, Family Division, andQueen's Bench Division, as well as the EAT and the ECJ.
